This lovely cortijo with excellent views, is located in La Vega del Zute, just 5 minutes drive, or 10 minutes walk from the centre of Orgiva. It is an ideal place from which to discover all that this beautiful area has to offer, including the cultural sights of the ancient city of Granada, the traditional white villages of La Alpujarra, and the beaches of the Costa Tropica. Alternatively it is just a charming, comfortable place in which to rest, relax and enjoy the mountain views and chill out in the pool.
The house itself is a traditional Alpujarren cortijo that has been sympathetically restored, with chestnut beams and local stone. It is newly and comfortably furnished.

It has ample outside space with a good sized swimming pool, marvelous views and benefits from light and sun almost all year round.
Accommodation Details:
2 bedrooms; 1 double & 1 twin (extra bed & cot can be provided on request).
1 living room with open fireplace & TV.
1 fully equipped kitchen.
1 bathroom.
All window have mosquito nets and climitised glass.

Private 8m x 5m swimming pool. Outside shower.
Gardens with plenty plants and flowers. Garden furniture.
2 patios; 1 covered both with stunning views of the Sierra Lujar mountain range.
BBQ with washing up area.
Private parking within the property.
Prices:
LOW SEASON:
2 people: 490€ per week; 75€ per day.
3-4 people: 490€ per week; 100€ per day.
MID SEASON:
4 people: 600€ per week, 100€ per day.
HIGH SEASON:
750€ per week; 125€ per day.
Additional bed: 10€ per day.
Additional Info:
HIGH SEASON: July & August, Easter, Christmas & Spanish Bank Holidays.
MID SEASON: June & September.
MINIMUM STAY: 1 week between 1 July - 31 August.
Please consult for minimum stay during rest of year.
A 40% deposit will be required to confirm the booking, on arrival, the balance will need to be paid to the owner in cash.
A returnable deposit will also be required for general damages.
