 This cortijo is situated in Tijola, a very pretty, rural area about 5 km from Orgiva. Tijola became well known as it is situated along the road where the lemons were driven over in Chris Stewart’s book “Driving Over Lemons”.

The area is very peaceful, rural and has an abundance of fruit trees, as well as beautiful views of the Sierra Contraviesa and the Sierra Nevada. The house is very secluded yet has easy access to the road and good parking facilities.

The house comprises:

2 bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin

1 bathroom

1 large open plan kitchen/living/dining room with an open fireplace, chestnut beams, TV, DVD and fully fitted kitchen

Covered terrace/patio with garden furniture

Prices

High Season: 700 € per week, 115 € per day

Low Season: 550 € per week, 100 € per day

Additional Information

High Season: June - September, Christmas, Easter and Spanish Bank Holidays

Minimum stay is 2 days

A deposit will be required to confirm the reservation, the balance of the booking fee will need to be paid by guests on arrival, in cash.

A refunadable deposit for damages will also be required by the owners, this will be returned in full, upon departure, provided that there are no damages.
