This charming little hideaway cortijo for just 2 people, is situated on the edge of Orgiva, just 5 minutes walk from the town. It is very private and independant with beautiful gardens and lovely views.

The house comprises:
1 double bedroom with twin beds (they can be pushed together on request)
1 bathroom
1 living/dining room with open fireplace and TV
1 fully equiped kitchen
Outside area comprises:
A furnished, covered patio with excellent views of the Sierra Lujar

A lovely green garden with some ancient olive trees

Prices:
High Season: 540 € per week, 90 € per day
Low Season: 525 € per week, 90 € per day
Additional Information
High Season: July, August, Christmas, Easter and Spanish bank holidays.
Minimum stay during high season is 1 week, the rest of the time, minimum stay is 2 nights.
Pets not permitted
To confirm a reservation a deposit must be paid into Tiempo Rural’s Bank account, the balance of the booking fee must be paid in cash to the owner of the property on arrival.
The owner of the property will also request a deposit for damages on arrival. This will be returned on departure provided there are no damages.
