CLICK HERE TO OPEN OUR GALLERY OF IMAGESThis lovely cortijo with excellent views of the Sierra Nevada and the Sierra Lujar, is situated in Tijola, just a 5 minute drive and 20 minute walk through lemon and orange groves, to the bustling market town of Orgiva.

The cortijo has 2 totally independent private houses, each with their own secluded garden and swimming pool. Each house is more or less the same although the gardens are slightly different. Neither house overlooks the other in any way. They can therefore either be rented individually or together should a larger group require them.

Each house comprises:

2 bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin

1 bathroom

1 living/dining room with open fireplace and TV

1 fully equipped kitchen

The outside areas comprise:

A large covered patio with dining furniture

A private swimming pool with sun loungers

A built BBQ

Lovely gardens with very green grass and beautiful flowering plants

Parking space

The cortijo is surrounded by olive, lemon and orange trees

There are mosquito blinds on all the windows

Electric heating is available

Prices:

Low Season: 440€ per week, 115 € per day

High Season: 750€ per week, 125€ per day

Additional information:

High Season: 15 June – 30 August, Easter, Christmas and Spanish bank holidays.

Minimum stay in high season is 1 week, in low season 2 days

Pets not permitted.

A deposit will be required to confirm the reservation; the balance of the booking fee will need to be paid by guests on arrival, in cash.

The owners will also require a refundable deposit for damages, this will be returned in full, upon departure, provided that there are no damages.
