  Situated in the upper part of the village of Pampeneira, this lovely house boasts plenty of hours of sunshine and excellent views of the mountain peaks of the Sierra Nevada, Mulhacen and La Veleta, as well as views of the famous Poquiera Valley.
The village of Pampeneira is one of the famous “white villages”, with its architectural style being the most typical of La Alpujarra. It is possibly the most popular village in La Alpujarra, with its stunning views and local artisans workshops selling locally made rugs, crafts, honey cheeses etc.

The house has two storeys and has been lovingly and carefully restored in keeping with its original style.
The house comprises:
1 entrance hall
4 bedrooms; 3 double and 1 with bunk beds
2 bathrooms with spa showers
1 large living room with a wood burning stove
1 fully equipped kitchen/dining room
1 sunroom with excellent views
1 games room with billiard table in the restored wine making cellar
In addition the house also offers a supplimentary bed, a futon, 2 TV’s, satellite TV, DVD, VCR, mini music player and ability to connect to the internet
Prices:
8 people: 1,160€ per week, 195€ per day.
10 people: 1,250€ per week, 220€ per day
12 people: 1,375€ per week, 245€ per day

Additional Information
High Season: July and August, Easter, Christmas and Spanish bank holidays. During these times the minimum stay is 1 week. The remainder of the year the minimum stay is 2 days.
Pets not permitted
A deposit will be required to confirm the reservation; the balance of the booking fee will need to be paid by guests on arrival, in cash.
The owners will also require a refundable deposit for damages, this will be returned in full, upon departure, provided that there are no damages.
