It has low ceilings and wooden beams. The cortijo is situated in an area known as La Vegueta, just a 15 minute walk along a rural lane into the lively market town of Orgiva, where you can find shops, bars, restaurants and internet cafes. The house is also just a 10 minute walk from the Guadalfeo river and has spectacular panoramic views of the mountains all around.

The accommodation offered is an annex to the main house, it is very compact, simple and atmospheric with a lovely private garden and a 9m x 4m swimming pool. During July and August an extra bedroom and bathroom are available as well as the grounds of the entire house.

The annex comprises:

2 bedrooms; 1 twin and 1 double as part of the studio living room below

Studio living/bedroom with double bed, open fireplace and 3 armchairs

Kitchen/dining room

Shower room off the patio

During July and August, as above but additionally:

1 single bedroom

1 bathroom with bath and shower

1 washing machine

Full use of all the gardens and patios

The outside comprises:

A pretty swimming pool

A shady patio in a private pretty garden

A sunny roof terrace with spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada, La Contraviesa and the Sierra Lujar

Prices:

July and August:

5 people 875 € per week.

June, Sept and Easter:

2 people 510 € per week, 3-4 people 640 € per week.

Nov to Feb:

2 people 275 € per week, 3-4 people 420 € per week.

Oct & March to May:

2 people 364 € per week, 3-4 people 510 € per week.

Additional information:
